What does this Proof of Concept do?

We created an AI-powered chatbot integrated into a web portal that responds to user inquiries using a knowledge base comprised of documents stored in SharePoint. If the chatbot is unable to answer a question, it generates support tickets in Zendesk. Authenticated employees can securely access private company content through the portal, while non-authenticated users can query public information.
